Hotel Plaza by Kavia has the best customer service I have ever faced in a Hotel. The location is sensational, it is nearby good restaurants and a bus station. The room is complete, without any complaints about it. But the best attribute of this hotel is, for sure, the costumer service. My son forgot his earbuds in the room just before we left and he just noticed it in Playa Del Carmen. We reached them by the chat in Booking to see if they kept the earbuds and they did. After that, we got DHL to get there and pick up the earbuds for us, which worked out great thanks for the help of the Plaza by Kavia Workers. Big thanks for them!!! OBS: we spent Just one night

This place offers great value, comfort, and location. We stayed for five nights and had no issues whatsoever. The location is excellent for walking around the Paseo Montejo and the Old Town. The staff were always friendly, accommodating, and ready to help. The parking lot is a short walk away, we always had a safe place to park, and staff were always available to escort me to and from the car. The water pressure and hot water were always adequate.

An excellent breakfast was included in the coffee shop/restaurant next door. The rooms were a nice size, clean and comfortable. The bathroom and shower was also very good. Staff was generally kind and helpful. Location was maybe a 20 minute walk to the center, but the boulevard on which the hotel is located is beautiful in every direction.

Great valuGood value! The rooms are modern including very good showers (Best we had during our trip in Mexico) and quiet AC. Staff was young and friendly. Breakfast was at the café next door, which was very good. The Italian on the other side was exceptional as well. Location is in walking distance of the city centre. (15 minutes).
